Ronald K. Law, MD
Biography
Ronald K. Law, M.D., attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (1971) and Doctor of Medicine (1975). Ron has practiced interventional and consultative cardiology in Denver since 1980. He is the President of Cardiovascular Associates, PC, a large metro Denver cardiovascular practice. Ron and his wife, Susan, reside in a Denver suburb. They have three children, Michael, Kristen and David.
Aside from his medical practice, Ron and his three brothers, also doctors, own and operate a Cleantech consumer-products (LED) business. Holiday Creations and Diogen sell LED lighting products to mass merchants in the US and Canada. According to a Canadian utility company, the amount of products sold in Canada is equivalent to taking 200,000 cars off the road.
Dr. Law, along with his brothers, own and operate a real estate investment and development company in Denver, Colorado. Global Pacific Properties, Inc. owns and manages properties in downtown Denver, North Denver, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, Highlands and Inverness Office Park.
Dr. Law and his brothers, Dennis, Chris and Jeremy were producers of Warriors of Virtue … a $35M action adventure shot in three countries (US, Canada and China) and released to 2300 screens by MGM in the US and 13 countries. Warriors of Virtue sold 1.2M videos thereafter.
Dr. Law is the founder of the Family Building Institute working with financial institutions to maximize the power of family. Dr. Law believes that family wealth is 50% financial and 50% non-material. To enable the development of non-material wealth, Dr. Law has described a post-parenting phase … Family Building lies between Parenting and Grandparenting … during which Meaningful Conversations must take place between the generations to preserve the power of family.
Dr. Law and his writing partner, Jan Juknievich (hydrologist, engineer, human encyclopedia) have written four screenplays and one stage play.
